Hello,
I'm considering getting a Dell XPS15 9560. From various forum searches, there seem to be some potential issues with power consumption and the discrete Nvidia chip. On this Arch Linux-page there is a couple of suggestions for various fixes.

Does anyone have any recent experience as to the state of Ubuntu 17.10 on 9560? Does it boot out of the box? Does UEFI work? And what about the power consumption? The last part is, what worries me the most.
