I open several windows and then minimize them all and then suspend ..... After I resume and hover my mouse over activities I get corrupted windows like the picture below :

Is this a bug or do i need to install compiz and do some tweaks ? I tried the latest open source nvidia drivers and the drivers actually make everything worse .... I am using the xorg driver...

My guess is that the suspend gnome plugin don't work.....

I haven't used Nvidia's open source drivers - Nouveau I think it was - for some time now, probably a couple years. When I did, it caused video problems on resume. I had better luck with Nvidia's proprietary drivers.

If only Linux developers polished their end product ..... these are polish glitches.... :P

I suspect It's challenging for devs to reverse engineer something as complex as a video driver. There's no assistance from the product's manufacturer. AMD has embraced open source drivers and is willing to assist with development from what I've read. Nvidia seems like they do devote some effort to keeping their linux video drivers current so credit to them.
