Hi
Installed ubuntustudio on Asus r556b laptop with new Kingston A400 120Gb ssd drive.
everything installs just fine, rebooting is ok, installing updates and rebooting ok.
then installing ubuntu-restricted-extras, starting firefox and playing some flash content...
all goes sticky...mouse moves slowly and jumping....firefox not closing...trying to open terminal to kill firefox.
can not open terminal or open / close any programs. can not go to terminal with ctrl+alt+f1 keys.
rebooting with alt+sysrq..r,e,i,s,u,b and it boots to bios, no bootloader found.
installed twice, results were the same.
Please tell me what happens here.

"Offers an integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 GPU". (from a website review). I am guessing that is where the problem is, but I personally have no experience with that GPU. Hopefully someone else here does and will help.

I'm giving up on this one. Gates won the battle ....let it be a win10 laptop.
I can not figure out how uefi boot file disappears while watching flash content on firefox.
Cheers....uffek
