Ok I switched from unity to gnome 3.18.5. When I go the upper left corner and get the miniature screens of open windows (like MacOS does), is there a way I can show them for only just one application's windows instead of everything that's open? In unity that was the default behavior of the launcher, when you click on an icon in the launcher you get thumbnails of it's particular open windows.

While I'm at it- a related question- is there an extension that puts something similar (or identical to) unity's launcher? I installed the Tweak tool and it has the Window List extension to make it look like MS Windows, but that's not nearly as good as the Unity launcher.

Anyway, I'm RTFMing right now too, but if I could get these two questions answered I could at least be productive. Right now, I'm crippled until I get window management working better than this.
