When would mesa 17.2.0 debians make it to ubuntu mirrors like archive.ubuntu.com and be made applicable to ubuntu 16.04

meaning apt-cache policy mesa-common-dev now gives 17.0.7 in xenial , when will it start start saying 17.2.0 if at all there is a plan?
