Specify outgoing IP and change when response 404-like

so i have a Ubuntu VPS with 10 IP, and when i do HTTP Client within my ubuntu, the ubuntu will be choose dynamically outgoing IP, and when ubuntu use some IP and the response returning 404-like status code, my ubuntu will choose / use another IP, but when all ip has returning 404-like, the last ip will return the pure value. thanks
