my question: did the installations of Firejail/Firefox go wrong? or it has a bug? (ref- https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-security/cve/2017/CVE-2017-5940.html) how can I fix it? also how to verify correct installation?

my system: Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit. Linux 4.4.0-83-generic.

I think it has more to do with Firefox than with firejail. You could test that yourself by running Firefox without firejail and seeing what appears in the terminal.

If, Firefox (both normal and firejailed) are running to your satisfaction, you can probably ignore the terminal output despite the "critical"!
