Maybe now when I ask them about a HP Pavilion pre-loaded with Debian they'll f***ing listen. :D

I doubt if they will do Linux on their Pavillion or Presario ranges. They will provide Linux on any of their Business machines.

realloy this is funny cuase this the email i got from them on Linux in general.

HP does not test or support Linux operating systems in any Home and Home
Office or Small and Medium Business notebook PC's. All current
HP/Compaq desktop and notebook PC's include versions of the Microsoft
Windows XP operating system. I apologize for any inconvenience you may
