"Failed to fetch" ubuntu 15.04

Hi
I was running these commands:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
And I get this:

W: Failed to fetch http://dl.openfoam.org/ubuntu/dists/vivid/InRelease Unable to find expected entry 'dev/binary-amd64/Packages' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.


Any help is appreciated

15.04 has passed it life cycle and is now unsupported.

Best to ditch it and fresh install either 16.04 which is supported till April 2021 or 17.04 which is supported till January 2018. Is that a possibility ?
