I'd tried to change Budgie for GNOME 3 and I deleted more than I had to.
When I start the HP ProBook 450 G1 this is the result:
[UNSUPP] Starting of Arbitrary Executable File Formats File System Automount Point not supported.
[FAILED] Failed to start Load Kernel Modules.

In console, when I try to upgrade, respond that: debconf:apt-utils is not installed; dpkg: diff is not in the Path; it doesn't found an program in the Path; root Path should have /usr/local/sin, /usr/sbin/ & /sbin; and that sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2).

I try to reinstall but is impossible to mount cd rom or USB.

Thank you for your help!

Are you saying that you cannot boot from a DVD or a USB stick? Did you make sure that the BIOS or Boot Order is correct?

If your trying to reinstall Ubuntu you will have to set things up in the BIOS, It's probably a good idea to set USB as first boot if this is how you will be doing your installation

What kind of machine do you have brand that is? The more information you can provide the better it will help other help you
