I like to get other layouts other than the default ones, so where can I download other layouts?

Google xfce themes. There are a lot of them out there. One place to try is https://www.xfce-look.org/

Looked at the site already, couldn't find anything.

Xfce themes are not the same as Xfce Panel Switch layouts. Xfce Panel Switch layouts change the arrangement of the panels and the panel items, for example, on Xubuntu 16.04, the default layout is Xubuntu Modern, you change the layout to Xubuntu Classic, the layout used on Xubuntu 12.04.

I'm using the layout GNOME 2 on my Xubuntu.

Xfce themes only change the way the panels look.
