error switching to main server

I get a error message when i try to switch to the main server. btw im on 17.04


E:The package libsamplerate0:i386 needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.

What have you done so far?
Have you tried these:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libsamplerate0:i386
post everything that it shows if it does not run successfully.
