When select "Suspend" from GUI, how force to only invoke pm-suspend script?

How change command invoked when you select "Suspend" from GUI?

(I want it to only run pm-suspend script.)

I run Unity on 16.04

What is the reason for your question, and what does the GUI suspend button actually run; do you know, I certainly don't, but I presume suspend is suspend however it is arrived at.

Perhaps you know differently about this?

Reason for my question is that default behavior gets stuck when trying to resume on my Dell laptop after an upgrade.

I noticed pm-suspend on command line works fine still.
