Create bootable USB drive - OS Image: Windows 10 or Windows 7

I want to create a bootable OS image of either windows 10 or windows 7 - I am having a hard time finding a product key for 7 that I can purchase so it will very likely be windows 10.

I'm using Ubuntu 17.04 zesty (x86-64)
Kernel - 4.10.0-21-generic

Also - from other articles I read, I do have an EFI directory. Not sure what that changes :)

I am new to the linux OS and am learning, so please bear with me :)

If you're looking for a Windows 10 or 7, product key shouldn't you be looking on MS website
