I'm not sure if this happens 100% of the time, but since upgrading to 17.04 yesterday, my computer has gone to sleep a few times after 30 minutes inactivity (as configured), but it refuses to wake again following keyboard press, mouse move, or power button press.

My only recourse is to hold the power button in for 4-5 seconds until the system halts, then restart.

I never had a problem with this on 16.04 or 16.10, and I've made no changes to my hardware as part of upgrading to 17.10.

Not sure what additional information you might need me to provide to help diagnose this, but let me know and I'll include it.

Didn't realise 'Capabilities' access was denied without sudo - here is the full output:

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? This is becoming really annoying...
