Have recently installed Gnome ( from Unity) on my Ubuntu 16.04.
Having problems adjusting the text and minimise/maximise size on the window headers.
Have a NUC connected to my TV and it is very difficult to use a mouse cursor on these windows, its way to small.
No problem with the text within the window, just the headers.
If I increase the window size and text then this does increase the header size but then the windows are too large.
Have installed Gnome Tweak but must be missing something.
I think I had the same problem with Unity but was able to solve it ( don't remember how?)

In Unity Tweak you can change the size of window titles in the 'fonts' section, not sure about Gnome Tweak though.

That's what I thought with Unity.
Have come up with a partial solution using Gnome Tweak but it doesn't work for all windows especially in a web browser. Have to continually adjust the zoom for different pages.
At least I can now see the buttons to exit or minimise.
