Akonadi console - unable to fetch ?

I need to install Akonadi console to try and extract some emails from within Akonadi.(KMail broken) Tried synaptic and got this msg ..

Downloaded this okay, but it is much older ?? - http://au.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/k/kdepim/akonadiconsole_15.08.2-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

and it gave a dependency problem. :(

edit: - Was finally able to retrieve it from http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/k/kdepim/akonadiconsole_15.12.3-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

Does anyone know how to use akonadi console to dump/extract all emails from KMail and the resultant file structure be the same as KMail folders please ?
