Just upgraded my machine from 16.04 to 16.10 and the visual styles across the board seem to be messed up, buttons/text fields/option separators in menus have all turned invisible and context menus have bunched up and lost any indicators (e.g volume slider).

I've included some screenshots to help illustrate this, i'm running Unity desktop environment.

Unsure as to which package or libraries may need reinstalling to help fix this, any help appreciated.

Borders around buttons disappeared, text box and folder selection border

Checkbox borders, visual separators between tabs.

Couldn't get a screenshot of a context menu but this nautilus screenshot demonstrates what they look like.

Visual slider for volume/balance etc

EDIT: It seems this may be a compiz/unity issue as i'm currently looking at the settings in compizconfig-settings-manager and the visual styles are all intact within:

What happens when you switch back to the default themes, instead of the mac theme?
