I tried to upgrade Ubuntu 14.04.2 to Xubuntu 16.04.2. I didn't want to deal with partitions, either, when I saw the option. So I went with that option, and ran the install. The install I started Yesterday, around 12:00PM or 01:00PM. The install started with "Getting the time from a network time server..." which should not take 24 hours!!!!
I have Internet connection and selected to install upgrades and 3rd Party drivers, or whatever they are.
What do I do? The install won't let me quit, and I don't want to shutdown the computer.
