I am willing to documentate a writing system that hasn't been documented yet. And I need to create a new unicode character set in order to make it.
How can I crate an unicode character set?
I am not asking for any way to create nor edit an English font. The non-documented writing system, which seams to be something between an abugida and a syllabic blocks, system, has about 320 different characters in total, so a different English font won't work.
