Hi guys,
For some onknown reason, after a gnome shell refresh, now all my apps have the "app-menu-icon" (I don't know its name). Just to be clear, this is gnome-file now:

I disabled all my extensions but these icons haven't disappeared.
I also tried to switch the "show app menu" (my DE is in italian, I'm not sure about the translation) option in gnome-tweak-tool from ON to OFF (and viceversa) several times.
How do I get rid of these icons? I don't want them. :|
Is there any setting in dconf? Or some "gsetting ..." command that I can type in the terminal?
