ubuntu is not booting up

i have tried everything but my system is not booting up after installing ubuntu 14.04 LTS .
i had also tried Boor-repair and it gave me following link:

You might want to post the specs for your machine so we know what were working with

Brand name and model
CPU
RAM (size)
Graphics chip/card
Wifi chip/card

What are some of the steps you've taken to get Ubuntu installed and how did you create your live media along with what program did you use to burn the ISO file

Are you using a USB or DVD to install Ubuntu

Please give as much information as you can it will help us trouble shoot your issue
