Hi:
I'm new in Ubuntu, coming from PCLINUXOS and i did install Ubuntu Mate (32 Bit) and additionally i had installed Kubuntu, using Synaptic, so after the install trying to update a got some remarks about no possible to update:


E:The method driver /usr/lib/apt/methods/https// could not be found., E:Failed to fetch https//://deb.opera.com/opera-stable/dists/stable/InRelease , E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
Though i'm writing from inside Opera, i don't understand what does it means the above mentioned, also try to change repositories as source but the problem persists.

Your HTTPS:// does not look correct as you have HTTPS// before :.

thank you , i didn't see the http error, it came automatically, that's why don't checked it.
