I know this is most likely not the right place for this but I am in need of help as Ooma support leaves a lot to be desired. I hope someone can help me with a problem. After many years of faithful service, we had a power outage. When power came back on the blinking red light would not go away, I rebooted many times to no avail. I bought another Ooma modem, the Ooma wifi adaptor, changed internet provider at the same time and went to a wifi provider.

Set up the new equipment and low and behold blinking red light. Opened set up page and shows all is right expect device not connected to Ooma network. Reset wifi a couple of times, went to support and not much help. I can use the computer through the Ooma device using the earthnet cable. The last time I talk to them was told I have a problem with a firewall, but as I understand Ubuntu firewall is turned off in default mode.

I am getting tired of using their support, has anyone had the same type of problem and how was it fixed.

Thanks for any help I can receive,
Ed
