Hello!

I want to install Ubuntu 14.04 from minimal CD image and I have some problems:

Problems:

1. My Wi-Fi card could not be detected during net interface scanning. It detects ONLY eth0, which I don't use.
2. My HDD is not detected when I have booted from USB.

I have this stuff:

1. I have only Windows 8.1 (as an installed OS) with Cygwin to pack/unpack the ramdisk image.
2. I have linux-image-extra for the requiered kernel with drivers.
3. I have *.fw files for b43 driver.
