You wanna know something very very strange..??

I have this five button mouse hooked up to my computer in wich i am running breezy , It has three regular buttons on top ( two + scroll wheel ) and then the forth on the left side ( thumb ) and the other button on the right ( pinky )..

When press the right side ( pinky ) button i get a firefox menu ,Now that dosen't strike me as odd or anything but when i press the left ( thumb ) button i get taken ( browser redirected to ) this page=> This ( Click Here ) (http://ranger.befunk.com/blog/archives/2003_10.html)


My question is ......??? HOW ..? WHY ..???

How the heck is a website linked up to that buttons function...???

If someone could shed some light on this i would be willing to listen...:-k

grep the firefox source for that webpage, see if it's encoded into the thing.

It might do 'paste+go' like middle click can do. Normally when you select text you can paste this with middle click, atleast konqueror can use the selected text as a link and go to there.
