help after remove ubuntu

Hello all
after delete ubuntu disk partition
i wrote in recovery command prompt
bootrec.exe /fixmbr and fixboot

to delete gnu gurb

but gnu gurb have'nt deleted

and getting that message with blue color " ubuntu has been blocked by the current security policy "

please help !!

Which windows system are you using? If it is windows 7 and some earlier windows, that should work. If it is 8 or later it will probably by UEFI and I think other methods are needed.
