I recently switched from Ubuntu to Xubuntu due to speed issues. Xubuntu works very well, and is much more responsive on my HP 15 laptop. However, I do have one minor issue, in that the menu in he upper right corner does not give reboot as an option. I have Lock Screen, Switch User, Suspend, Shut Down, and Logout as options. I've gone through the Settings Manager, and can't seem to find a gui for that menu, so I'm not sure where it gets it's options from.

I'd appreciate it if somebody could steer me towards what I need to tweak to get this working

Click on logout and there you will find the reboot option.
