View Full Version : google authenticator fubar

I have an Ubuntuserver running perfectly for a few weeks as my mail server on Azure.
Yesterday, I saw on login that I had 50 upgrades of Ubuntu 16.04 so I ran those, did some updates to spamassassin local.cf and then logged out. Bad idea.

Now, when I want to continue to do some adjustments to SA I am not getting the google authenticator challenge. And without that I can't login, getting a permission denied error. Am I totally stuck? And the only resort is to reinstall on another server copying over all mail (thankfully I can do this via IMAP/Outlook). Anyone seen this before?
