How to update xorg server to 1.19 manually in Ubuntu 16.04?

I read here (https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/775691/linux/vsync-issue-nvidia-prime-ux32vd-with-gt620-m-/post/4961048/#4961048) that nvidia screen tearing issue is solved by installing xorg 1.19+, nvidia-375.20+ and linux kernel 4.5+. I managed to do the other two. So I want to know how to install xorg-server 1.19 in ubuntu 16.04?

My laptop specs:
Alienware 17 R3 970m
