Hello guys,
I really like Ubuntu, but there is one thing which I really hate. Everytime, when I need to scroll down in any programm it happens something which I didn't want etc. at YouTube it will turn volume down. When I wanna scroll down or up I have to press shift and then I can scrolling. Is there any solution to scroll everytime like with pressing shift, but without pressing shitf?
I would like to get solution for whole OS, not only for web browser or any other software :)
