temporary freezing by a high wifi load

Hello,

my notebook is continuously freezing by a high wifi load on any linux distro.
I tested:
- ubuntu 16.04, 16.10, 17.04 and the current mainline kernel
- manjaro
- fedora

- ram check with memtest
- to fix the wifi antenna:
echo "options rtl8723be swenc=1 fwlps=0 ips=0 ant_sel=1" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8723be.conf
- changed /proc/irq/42/smp_affinity to f
