Hello,
My Ubuntu version is 16.04, 64 bits
I changed from Unity to Gnome 3, in the process I removed Unity.
After playing a little with Gnome I revert back to Unity, removing gnome 3 and installing Unity. Since then, my touchpad isn't working (as a touchpad).
Although I can move the pointer, use press buttons, and scroll with two fingers (inverted), I can't use touch clicks and I don't see it in system settings, though can't control touchpad settings like scrolling direction.

I know there are lots of "touchpad not working" threads and questions in Ask Ubuntu, but didn't come across a problem same as mine yet. I tried many solutions for the like issues, but my problem not solved.

Your help is appreciated.

P.S. touchpad is detected
