Title bar menu problems 16.04

It's not a big problem just an annoying one.
Sometimes the menu's on the title bars won't open when you click it, click click click click oh it opens.
I also noticed that when I use "ALT+(Capital Letter) it is the same.

I am not that computer savvy to explain it properly or understand what is going on, but I hope someone can get the idea. Oh by the way I did a search on the title in this forum and couldn't find another post similar.

PS. I hope I have posted in the right part of the forum this time.

If you mean menus that have been enabled by the option shown in screen shot then yes, it has this issue.
You could try clicking very fast, very short..
