problema de instalacion

llevo todo el dia tratando de instalar lubuntu la mas reciente la 16.10, pidiendo que formate el disco donde se va a instalar, un sata, termina de instalarse al reiniciarlo se queda la pantalla en negro y nunca inicia. solo queda el cursor pantallando en la parte izquierda superior de la pantalla negra.

Your problem is an incorrect installation of the bootloader. The general information you posted won't help anyone to help you. Do you have another operating system currently installed? If so, what is it? Try getting the boot repair software from the link below to run and post a link to the output after selecting the option to Create BootInfo Summar.
