Installing Ubuntu on off-line computer

Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

I installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS on an off-line computer (no internet access) from a DVD, and managed to transfer all software installations from the online computer to the off-line one. However, the off-line system still needs to download some missing language packages. How can I download/transfer these missing language packages from my online computer to the off-line one?

Try going to your System settings and choose language support and choose regional formats. I know you can choose different languages this way I'm not sure if this will work offline
