Maybe someone can help: I am trying to install it from bootable USB (I have no CD/DVD drive) and nothing seems to be working. I am installing on a hybrid hdd (SDD+regular on the SDD part). I get to the partitions screen and the only way to pass it is to delete a partition and create a new one with /, Install, select location, keyboard and username and that is all. It crashes. Always. Sometimes a bit faster, sometimes after it seems to have copied 50%. Here are 2 different attempts. I have tried different USB drives, I have checked the SMART for that HDD and it seems to be ok. How can I install Ubuntu 16.10? I already have Ubuntu 16.04 and want to test the newer one for a while before switching completely. Thank you!

Just tried some more, it seems to occur also when selecting Keyboard or Location.
