Installed 16.04 - Scarlett 6i6 audio interface stopped working after first update.

I upgraded from 14.04 to 16.04, my audio interface was working well until the first update via software updater. Is there any way I can roll back the updates to the point where it will work again, or perhaps another solution is possible?

No one able to help? Should I try another section on the forum? It's obviously one of the updates I installed since upgrading to 16.04, only I'm not skilled enough to troubleshoot it :( Any help greatly appreciated.
