Why doesn't OwnCloud show up in Online Accounts?

I'm running 16.04.1 and cannot find how to add OwnCloud to the Online Accounts system setting. The button on the left, "Add account..." doesn't do anything.

I've managed to add it using gnome-control-center instead of unity-control-center, but I'd like to find out why it doesn't work using the right way in Unity.

Probably because online-accounts in unity-control-center is useless, unmaintained, broken & likely no intention to change that, at least in unity7.
