it is take a long time to boot up

i used dual boot with ubuntu and win 10 in my sony vaio e series laptop vpcea38ec. but it is take a long time to boot up ubuntu os estimate 5 or 10 sec . is it normal condition.

I wish my computer could boot to Ubuntu in 5 or 10 seconds!
It takes mine about that length of time to get to the end of the POST and grub menu, then about 18 seconds (using a normal spinning disk, not an SSD) to get to the login screen.

What Ubuntu version?
Details of hardware as the model you mention may differ from machine to machine.
