Keyboard UK Configuration

The Dell XPS 11 Keyboard Pound (UK) sign key has changed to a hash symbol. I used the System Settings - Text Entry but not doing anything.
Is there a command to change to UK Keyboard ? Using Ubuntu 16.04.

OK solved it with command 'setxkbmap gb' which now gives correct English UK keyboard.
