16.04 Live Install - Can't make a choice in Installation Type

I have an HP Z400 workstation with dual 500-GB hard drives. I'm booted off the Ubuntu 16.04 Live CD and when I reach the Install Type window I choose the Erase Disk and Install Ubuntu option, click on Install Now, and nothing happens and I'm back at the same window. I've tried the other options in Install Type and can't get it to work.

I'm not sure what other info might be relevant here.

Are you sure you don't have the disk in a RAID setup? Did you ever run the "try Ubuntu" off the live CD to see if things work? You might have video issues with Nvidia hardware, but it seems like you run into trouble before that point.
