Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS works on my pc ?

because i need practice to how to install and run ubuntu server 16.04 LTS on server perfectly.

is it works on normal pc or not ?

i am already tried, but no display, i saw something on my display.

please tell me how ?

Ubuntu server edition does not have a desktop environment by default; it is command line only which is normal for a server.

You can add a GUI to the server if you wish but choose a low resource version if you must have one, such as openbox.
