Hi there,
I recently had to repair my version of Ubuntu after I shut it down while it was installing OS updates. I followed these instructions to repair: http://askubuntu.com/questions/111563/lost-power-during-upgrade-how-do-i-recover It would allow me to login, but then it would go to a blank white screen where I could move my mouse around.
The instructions worked! (Although, Windows is no longer showing up in GRUB, so I will need to fix that.) HOWEVER, all of the system fonts now display as fuzzy unless I bring a particular window into focus, and then the window becomes un-fuzzy. Anyone know how to fix that?
Thanks,
GK
