Hello everyone! I need some help here. (This may be in the wrong place, but if it is, please, mods, move it.)

I have a Hackintosh laptop (Lenovo Z50-70), and I want to remove all the HFS+ partitions on the hard drive to install Kubuntu.

I'm not sure how I should. GParted shows all my partitions (including HFS+) and allows me to remove them, but I'm not sure if it is safe to.

It is easy :-)

If you let the Kubuntu installer use the whole hard disk drive, it will automatically overwrite whatever was there before.

Please come back, if there are problems with that method, but also if it worked.

thanks! Kudos. Wish there was a thumbs up button. Trying it now.

EDIT: Clicked 'Use entire hard disk' and it went on copying files.

EDIT 2: Finished copying files.
