Dear colleagues.
I had a perfectly working Ubuntu version 14.04 LTS. I upgraded to version 16.04 LTS - as they say curiosity killed the cat - now my Wifi and Bluetooth signals have been lost.
Please help me resolve this challenge.
My hardware is a 10.1 inch netbook, LENOVO E10-30, which until now was perfect with Ubuntu 14.04.
regards,
Panashe

Hi all. I decided to downgrade to Ubuntu 14.04 and after that I followed the steps here to restore wifi (would have loved to upgrade to 16.04) :

Thank you.

Hello and welcome, Did you have 16.04 installed on that machine and could not get your WiFi working if so it may have been that you needed the correct driver for that system. Ubuntu provides proprietary drivers in most cases. Software & Updates, choose Additional drivers

When you want to try 16.04 next time I suggest that you do a fresh install (no upgrades) using wired internet access. Apply all updates and reboot.

When everything is stable in 16.04 you could try again the guide to which you linked.

Thank you all. I will certainly give 16.04 another try - via a fresh install.
