Hello, all! I recently finally updated my Ubuntu install and walked away as it was doing its thing. Came back devastated to find that now my laptop defaults to booting to Windows without giving me the option to choose which OS to boot into at startup as it did before. I was originally using the Ubuntu boot manager with no problems at all. I'm really confused as to why this happened since I didn't update or even touch Windows. Did grub kill itself? I've tried making sure nothing changed in my UEFI options, unless I'm missing something there.
Please help, I just got everything on my desktop looking just as I wanted and I'd much rather not have to do a fresh install. Thank you!

See Boot-Repair in my signature below and follow the instructions there to run the Boot-Info-Script.
Do not run the default repair just yet but simply copy back here the pastebin link you get which will show us a lot more about your system.
