Hi

I have an ASUS K401UQ notebook, with an SSHD(1TBHDD+24GB Cache), in a RAID configuration for Intel rapid storage. I am facing multiple issues while installing ubuntu in my PC, to dual boot with windows 10. I am an avid fan of ubuntu and have been using it on my old pc for some time, and i have looked my issues on other threads, but none seem to have an answer. I booted into UEFI mode with an USB live disk, and i face the following-

1. The installer doesn't show me an option to install ubuntu alongside windows, and directly jumps to the manual configuration page.
2. The partitioning page has no partitions listed, and there is only one disk listed.(sda)

I have tried different combinations of turning off Fast Boot and Secure boot, but the results are the same.
Any ideas??

p.s. this is my first question on the forum
