I am getting the infamous 'modprobe -v usb-storage' during the CD mounting phase of the installation. It keeps telling me it can't mount USB even though I'm not using USB, and it keeps telling me it can't mount the CD even though I've already booted from a dvd in the exact same drive.
For your reference I am installing the 64 bit server edition on a samsung steelseries laptop with windows 8.1 already installed. Since it's a dual boot we will be using UEFI. I've already moved past this step by testing the disk on another computer.
