[awesome wm] No icons in menu.

I have Ubuntu 16.04 with awesome windows manager.
It's exasperating that there are no icons of sections in menu (see photo attached).
Please, help me to work it out.

Please try to attach your image again. This time, go to Edit, Go Advanced and use the attachment functionality provided by clicking the paperclip icon.
